ORDER CANCELLATION: PRE-SHIPMENT If you have made a mistake with your order or would like to cancel it, please contact us immediately. We understand that mistakes happen, and we will try our best to accommodate your request. However, once your item has entered production, we may not be able to make any changes.

We allow order modifications and cancellations within 5 hours of placing your order. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. After this period, we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations.

ORDER CANCELLATION: POST-SHIPMENT You may cancel your order within 30 working days from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a refund, the returned goods must be in an unopened and unused condition.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for personalized products unless they are faulty. Since personalized items are custom-made, they will be printed exactly as per the details you provide. Please double-check all names, text, and ensure you have selected the correct model before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for errors in spelling or incorrect model selection unless the mistake was due to a production error on our part.

RETURNS POLICY – CANCELLATION OF ORDER All non-personalized products can be returned for a refund within 30 working days from receipt of the goods.*

To initiate a return, please contact us to obtain a Returns Authorization Number before sending any goods back. This number must be included in the return package to prevent processing delays.

Important Notes:

  1. Returned items must be in their original condition, undamaged, and in original packaging, including all accessories.
  2. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring that the item is adequately packaged. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.
  3. Outbound shipping, insurance, and packing fees are non-refundable.
  4. Refunds are processed within 5 days of receipt, but we guarantee refunds within 30 working days of receiving the returned item.
  5. Items returned without a Returns Authorization Number may be delayed in processing.
  6. Returns outside this policy will be deemed “In Dispute” and will not be refunded. We can either return the item to you or dispose of it after 91 days.
  7. We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order and return the unwanted item for a refund.

*30 working days from receipt is defined as 30 working days from the date of signed delivery confirmation.


RETURNS POLICY – FAULTY GOODS If you receive a faulty product, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a refund or exchange.

Faulty item claims must be made within 14 working days of delivery. If the defect was not initially noticeable, you must report it within 14 days of discovering the issue or within 30 days of receiving the product, whichever comes first.

Important Notes:

  1. We are not liable for defects caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications.
  2. Only return goods to the address provided by our Customer Service team, including your Returns Authorization Number.
  3. Returns outside of this policy will be deemed “In Dispute” and will not be refunded.
  4. We cannot process an exchange until we have received and inspected the original faulty item. If you need a replacement urgently, we recommend placing a new order while waiting for your refund.

PRODUCT GUARANTEE All our products come with a 30-day guarantee, allowing you to return faulty goods for an exchange or refund of the purchase price. This does not affect your statutory rights.


FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. I lost my returns note. What should I do? Please contact our Customer Service team with your order number and full name for assistance.

2. Have you received my returned goods? Once we receive your return, we will send a confirmation email and process your refund. If you haven’t heard from us within 10 working days, please contact our Customer Service team.

3. I tried on an item and accidentally marked it. Can I return it? We cannot accept returns for items that are not in their original condition. If you have concerns, please contact our Customer Service team.

4. I ordered the wrong size. Can I exchange it? We do not offer direct exchanges. However, we will happily refund non-personalized items if returned in original condition. You can place a new order for the correct size in the meantime.

5. Can I return a personalized product? Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for personalized items unless they are faulty. Please double-check all text and size selections before placing your order.
